Welcome to OPEE Events, LLC (“OPEE,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”) for discovering, creating, booking and managing events—both free and paid. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We act as a platform for event organizers (“Organizers”) to list events, and for attendees (“Attendees”) to discover and book those events. We are not the organizer or producer of any event.
To access certain features (booking tickets, creating events), you must register an account and provide accurate, up‑to‑date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Organizers use our step‑by‑step flow to enter event details, set pricing and upload banners. All ticket sales occur through our PCI‑compliant payment gateway. Attendees receive e‑tickets and booking confirmations via email.

All Services content (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by or licensed to OPEE and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may use it only as expressly permitted by these Terms. “Your Content” (e.g., event descriptions, images) remains yours, but you grant OPEE a worldwide, royalty‑free license to display and distribute it for Service operation and promotion.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” OPEE disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by applicable law, OPEE’s total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). OPEE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and share your information.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
