Purchase Terms

1. Scope

These Purchase Terms (“Terms”) govern all ticket and related goods purchases made via the OPEE mobile app and website (the “Service”). By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy tickets or other items through OPEE.

2. Parties & Role of OPEE

OPEE LLC (“OPEE,” “we” or “us”) acts solely as an agent facilitating the sale of tickets and related goods on behalf of third‑party event organizers (“Organizers”). We do not produce or control any event and are not responsible for its content, format, quality or safety.

3. Formation of Contract

  • Your click on “Purchase” constitutes an offer to buy the specified ticket(s) or goods.
  • We accept that offer only when we send you a confirmation email; until then, no contract exists.
  • You must provide a valid email address—OPEE will not be responsible for non‑delivery if incorrect.

4. Pricing & Fees

  • All prices are displayed at checkout and include OPEE service fees, Organizer fees and applicable taxes.
  • Prices may change at any time, but you will pay only the price shown at the moment your order is confirmed.
  • OPEE collects payment on behalf of the Organizer via our PCI‑compliant gateway. Payment methods include major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

5. Ticket Delivery & Validity

  • Purchased tickets are delivered instantly to your OPEE account and via email.
  • You must present your e‑ticket on the day of the event—either on your mobile device or as a printed copy if required.
  • Some venues may require ID or proof of age; please check the event details.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event and date specified and cannot be reused.

6. Cancellations, Postponements & Refunds

  • No voluntary refunds: Once the purchase is confirmed, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except as below.
  • Event cancellation: If an Organizer cancels an event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within five (5) business days of the Organizer’s cancellation notice.
  • Event postponement: If an Organizer postpones an event, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within five (5) business days of the postponement notice.
  • Organizer changes: Any other material change (time, venue, lineup) is at the Organizer’s discretion; OPEE will notify you via email of significant changes with instructions for refunds if offered.

7. Transfers & Resale

  • Unless the Organizer permits, tickets are non‑transferable and may not be resold.
  • Unauthorized resale or transfer may lead to ticket cancellation without refund.

8. Merchandise & Add‑On Purchases

  • OPEE may offer non‑ticket items (merchandise, digital content) for sale. These are subject to the same purchase, cancellation and refund rules unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs for physical goods are borne by the purchaser and stated at checkout.

9. Limitation of Liability

OPEE provides the Service “as is” and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. OPEE’s liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid OPEE for that purchase. OPEE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
